ABOUT ME
I started my healthcare journey as an EMT for Grand Canyon National Park. Through nursing school, I worked as a lifeguard guard and ski patrol. Over the last 23 years, I have gained experience, from EMT to FNP, that helps me meet my patients where they are and provide care with empathy and compassion.
FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK
My daily routine starts in my garage gym. I love Power and Olympic weightlifting. I also love spending time outdoors. Hiking, paddle boarding, camping, exploring. I love having my kids along side me as well. I also have two doggos and one kitty that we just love dearly.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT PROVIDER?
I believe the life experience I have helps me engage with patients in a relatable way. I’m very empathetic and work hard to get my patients engaged and focused on improving their own health.
